Chris was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of EnviroWaste in January 2018.  His career spans management and board positions at a variety of international organisations, as well as senior advisory roles in corporate finance and private equity.  Prior to joining EnviroWaste, Chris was CEO of a multi-national healthcare group headquartered in Sydney, Australia.  He also previously served as a director of EnviroWaste for five years.  Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Commerce.

Jason was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in September 2014. He has held a variety of senior finance roles with major multi-national organisations and over the past 15 years, has had the opportunity to enjoy living and working in London, Paris and Sydney. Jason is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of local and international business experience covering a wide range of industries. Jason’s responsibilities at EnviroWaste include overseeing the Company’s finance, banking, information technology, audit, legal and procurement.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in the waste industry in business development, project and contract management and senior management roles. Chris joined EnviroWaste in 2007 and prior to this worked at Waste Management NZ and Pacific Waste Management in Australia. Chris is currently the General Manager of Special Projects for EnviroWaste. In addition to this, he also leads our Environmental Division and is a Director of Pikes Point Transfer Limited. 

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the waste industry and joined EnviroWaste in 2007. Wayne’s passion is the environment and his role with EnviroWaste includes the development of remedial strategy and methodology for contaminated site projects. One of the major projects that Wayne oversaw, was the clean-up and recovery of the MV Rena which ran aground on the Astrolabe reef in Tauranga in 2011, including designing, building and managing the volunteer personnel decontamination units at the beaches. Wayne is also responsible for storm water pond maintenance projects and wastewater and groundwater treatment plant design build and operations. In addition to his role at EnviroWaste, Wayne is a Board member of WasteMINZ, the largest representative body of the waste and resource recovery sector in New Zealand. 

James has over 10 year’s experience in the waste industry and oversees EnviroWaste's operations across its national network of collections services and infrastructure, including our resource recovery centres, recycling facilities, managed fills and landfills. James joined EnviroWaste in 2010 and has held a variety of management roles within the company since this time. Prior to joining EnviroWaste, James worked in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wales. In addition to his role at EnviroWaste, James sits on the board of EnviroWaste’s joint venture company, Northern Waste Handling. 

Glen joined EnviroWaste in 2016 and is responsible for managing our national and local government customers and overseeing Marketing and Sustainability.  Prior to joining EnviroWaste, Glen held roles with several large corporate companies including Fonterra and United Technologies (Chubb Fire and Security) with responsibilities including financial management and business acquisitions.  Glen is passionate about ensuring our customers receive an extraordinary experience and is committed to ensuring all our activities are focused on environmental and sustainable outcomes.  Out of work, Glen’s interests include a passion for the great outdoors, including tramping, and a love for the New Zealand marine environment. 

Corinne's spearheading our efforts to make EnviroNZ a place that people want to come and work as well as a place of opportunity for all the people who work here. She has a strong track record providing people leadership and direction at an executive level here in NZ and overseas. Before joining EnviroNZ in 2021, Corinne was Chief Operating Officer at Mindful NZ and she headed up the People and Culture team for Digicel Pacific.
